A Karmic Cleansing

By Jacqueline, Australia

It all started a little over a year ago when out of so much frustration I applied for another job just for the sake of it. I should have known straight away that it was the ECK in play.

I knew the following day after I applied for the job that it was mine. My partner and I were driving somewhere and in huge letters a sign overhead read “Kiss your boss goodbye.” Funny thing was that he didn’t even see this huge sign. It was only meant for me.

Within two weeks I had secured this job and handed in notice. I thought that it was going to be a great job. I felt quite comfortable moving to a doctor’s surgery where I knew one of the doctors, and had heard many times from her how great the place was. Read More

Saved by an Accident

By Joyce, Vermont

I would like to share with you this story of when I was in a car accident almost two years ago.

I was taken to the hospital after being hit by a car that came out of an intersection and did not stop. It spun my car around several times and totaled my car.

I was taken to the hospital. I had no injuries from the accident but I was admitted when they found that, unknown to me, my body was full of infection. My blood was so low I needed several transfusions and other urgent care.

None of this would have been detected if I had not been in the accident. I could have died within days.

I feel so blessed to have the Mahanta’s and the other ECK Masters’ help in my life!

My ECK Seminar Transformation

By Corey, Georgia

After returning from the 2015 ECK Springtime Seminar this year, I felt like a completely different person. I’ve never felt the Mahanta’s presence so closely, ever! I realized that all of the events that make up my day have been put there for a reason. Sure, I need a job so I can afford to live, but why this job? Why do I know these people? I had this new sense of knowingness that my only real purpose is to serve God. Every person, place, and thing that makes up my world here on this physical plane was put here in order to help me grow and so I would have the opportunity to help others grow. Read More

Direct Miracle

By Jody, Canada

The phrase “life is a chancy thing” took on new meaning for me on my journey to the 2015 ECK Worldwide Seminar. I got up at 1:00 a.m. to catch a 5:45 a.m. flight from Canada to Minneapolis with an ECK friend. The flight boarded, we taxied to the runway and then the pilot announced he was terminating the flight because of a computer glitch. We were off-loaded and everyone got in long lines to make alternate connections. Read More

A Sweet Little Fly

By Nora, Ontario, Canada

As we drove home from my appointment with my dentist, I was feeling down and depressed from the news that my jaw joint was completely worn out and the other one on its way.

A fly traveling with us in the car kept coming onto my hands and wouldn’t leave me alone. Finally I just let it be and do its thing, going from one hand and wrist to the other, back and forth, leisurely walking around there. As I watched its little game, I suddenly realized it was the Mahanta’s love and reassurance coming through this little fly. Read More

The Master’s Help with Health

By A chela, Washington

About two weeks ago, I had two TIA experiences–a harbinger of likelihood of having a stroke. Upon visiting my health care provider, I was truly shaken to find that my blood pressure was sky high. Before this, I had always had low blood pressure. Tests were taken and I was to await the results to see what the course of action would be. I was scared as it seemed I had no control over the situation.

In the interim, I was advised to have my blood pressure checked at the fire station several times a week. I had the nurse who lives next door check it the next day and it was even higher than before! Read More

How Big Is Your Sign?

By Ted, Washington

I was in a bit of a quandary during my morning contemplation which I did in the visitor parking lot at work today. I was hired recently to work at a tech job some 110 miles from home. I enjoy the work and the co-workers. But the 220 mile round-trip commute is very tiring and leaves little time at night to get anything done before going to bed.

But the real issue is not the low pay and high cost of the commute. It is something else inside me. So, I asked the Inner Master for a sign if I should stay with this job or leave it.

I got out of my car and began to head to a hiking trail on the ground of the company where I work. Upon entering the next parking lot, I heard crows calling in alarm mode. I saw three of them and two glided to a tall lamp post. The combination of the crows calling and the lamp post meant the Sound and Light. Read More

The Blizzard of a Lifetime

By Elisabeth, Austria

I found myself in a situation that forced me to confront my fear.

It had started snowing heavily in the morning. And when I was driving home from University in the evening, the snowstorm raged hard. Carefully, I started my way homewards on the icy roads.

The storm hit 100 km/h and the blowing snow intensified. Read More

Practical Benefits of Dreams

ECKANKAR, Dreams, HealingBy Harold Klemp

Sometimes a lesson derived from the dream state brings a healing.

Healing in Dreams

An ECK initiate, “Helen,” went to see her doctor about a certain health problem.  He gave her two prescriptions which had proven helpful to other patients with the same condition.  She took the medications faithfully for a few days but finally concluded that they were not going to work for her.

One night Helen had a dream—a very simple inner experience.  First she saw a plain black screen.  Then the letters began to appear, one by one, each a different color, spelling out the word Ornade.  She didn’t know exactly what it was, but she had a feeling it was significant for her health.  She woke up in the middle of the night and, while the experience was fresh in her mind, she got out of bed and carefully wrote down the word. A Woman Receives Reassurance of the Mahanta’s Eternal Promise

15B34_Walker_Reflection of Love (2)By Margit, Germany

Despite a blue and clear sky and magnificent sunshine outside, my heart felt very overcast. It was one of those lonely days when I asked myself—is the Master truly always with me?

To cheer myself up, I grabbed a blanket and a book and headed for the nearby city gardens.

Once there I encountered much bustle; many people enjoyed the splendor of the flowers, the splashing fountain and simply devoted themselves to this beautiful day. On one of the grassy areas close to the edge of the huge pond I spread out my blanket and surrendered my heavy heart to the sight of the fountain and a single cluster of reeds. Read More
